We have pretty much spent the entire weekend with Mac and Pandi... Lunch today after church, all went home to put the kiddos down and then she and I met at Wal-Mart, and then had dinner after church tonight. It is good to get to know them so much better. Tonight, the evangelist was TERRIFIC. I can't put it into words, but wish you all had been there. So many people were affected... Mac and Pandi made the decision to be re-baptized a believer's baptism, since they were so young the first time. Such powerful stuff!
At dinner, Carter and their little girl Coleigh decided they are going to get married. It was so adorable, and they wouldn't stop flirting (this is after they had chased each other around the church for 30 minutes before we left)! Coleigh said she wanted to ask Carter to be her husband, and when we took their picture, she said it was their "marrying picture." When we were leaving, they hugged and gave each other kisses on the cheeks, and Carter told her he loved her. Ha! Pandi called to tell me that Coleigh asked if Carter could spend the night. When she told her that boys don't spend the night with girls until they are married, she huffed a big sigh of frustration. Carter can't stop talking about her either... This might be moving a little too fast for all of us! Watch out!
