I realize how heavy the fare was on last week's menu... Mostly because I was trying a lot of new recipes and got carried away! I just wanted everyone to know that every week is not like that... I already made out the menu for next week and wanted to prove it ;)
Unrelated, here is a picture of Carter waiting on our basement stairs when we were going somewhere. He was playing his new Leapster - it's like an educational gameboy for preschoolers. He plays it ALL the time - especially when he's waiting for us or in the car. Thanks, Cheryl ;)
