Carter helped me make dinner last night. He added the "egg" to the chicken dish ;)
Carter was out of school today for Veteran's Day, so we decided to meet some friends at the park to play. At about 11:30, we met Holly along with Evan, Andrew and Anna; Hope and Ella came by for a little while too. We stayed about 3 hours and had so much fun! Charlie even got in a swing for the first time ever!
Charlie and Anna on their first date (Just a Swingin' - ha!)
Carter pretended to fly like a bird by flapping his arms and swinging on his belly.
I think Carter has a tapeworm - he ate 2-3 helpings of dinner (big plates full), applesauce, dessert, and now he is eating again because he says he's very hungry. I'm not sure where he puts it all! Here is Carter entertaining Charlie after dinner. Charlie loves watching his big brother, and Carter loves having an audience, so it works out very well!
In closing, we want to thank Papa, and all other veterans (and those people who are currently serving in our armed forces) for their sacrifices in keeping our country free and making this the best place on Earth to live. Happy Veteran's Day!
