Not the right one

So, the interview Alan had today is not the right job for right now. We learned of a strict company policy that states once a person leaves the company (for any reason), they cannot be employed with them for another 6 months. However, they told him they could decide to hire him but give him a start date of 6 months from now... Doesn't pay the bills right now, but it's probably a job Alan would enjoy and one with a lot less travel, so we're thinking that he might get some temporary contract work for now and hope that this job is a possibility down the road. Keep praying!
