Fall Ball

Carter has played t-ball for 2 years, and in the Spring he could either stay with t-ball one more year, or move up into a coach-pitched league. We decided to give the latter option a try through Fall Ball. Fall Ball is much more laid back - no scorekeeping, everyone has a chance to hit, and there are only 6 games. Carter did a pretty good job and can hit the ball when it's thrown to him (maybe 50% of the time). However, he is not showing real interest in baseball yet. It was tough to get him to pay attention during the games, and it became increasingly harder to keep Charlie occupied as well. That said, I think it was a good experience that we went through to determine that we will probably sit out this Spring and try again when Carter asks to try again. Did I mention that Alan signed up to coach and was the assistant coach (he pitched to all the children in the games)?
